What you get
Sales and purchasing
Quotations through to invoices, dispatch, credit notes and receipts. Purchase orders, imports with landed cost, and supplier payments that update the books as they happen.
Stock across locations
Several warehouses, transfers and stock requests that someone approves, low-stock alerts, and valuation you can explain to your accountant.
Branches with real boundaries
Head Office and each outlet get their own records and number series. Outlet staff only ever see their own branch, and the system enforces it on the server, not just by hiding menus.
Approvals built in
Staff prepare drafts, a reviewer checks the proof and posts. The person who enters something never posts it, nothing is silently edited afterwards, and every step is in the audit trail.
Projects and job costing
Tie quotations, sales, materials and expenses to a project number and see what each job really earned, using your own internal prices if you work that way.
Funding between branches
Track what an outlet owes head office: funding requests, repayments and settlements are each counted once, linked to the real payment, with write-offs reserved for the owner.
Proof attached to every entry
Receipts, bank slips and supplier invoices are stored privately with the record, visible only to people allowed to see it, and locked once the entry is posted.
